I1810

I1810 = 1810
const I1810: String = '1810';

Example

procedure ScriptEvent(var Value: variant);
var
IssueCode: string;
IssueNum: integer;
begin
IssueCode := I1810; // '1810'
IssueNum := StrToInt(IssueCode); // explicit integer conversion
Value := IssueCode + ':' + IntToStr(IssueNum);
end;

Usage

I1810 is the script-visible String code '1810' for Issue 1810 (Booking Code Not Specified).

  • Select I1810 only after the exact Booking code field fails the map's blank/null policy.
  • Use text for serialisation and explicit integer conversion for issue APIs.
  • Include parent context for child rows and the expected identifier namespace.

Condition and scope

This member applies to the transaction header. Do not substitute a child code when a line/package/manifest identifier is absent.

Code Not Specified is narrower than generic Missing Required Value and different from Not Found or Invalid Value: no identifying code was supplied. Apply an explicit policy for Null, Unassigned, Empty, blank and whitespace before choosing it.

Header and child offsets are sparse source choices. Do not derive a code arithmetically. Include the field name, transaction/parent keys, application/partner scope and expected code namespace in the diagnostic.

Type and live severity

Integer APIs require 1810 or StrToInt(I1810); implicit String coercion is not recommended. GetIssueLevel queries live configuration and returns 6/Error when the row is absent.

Fresh-build and v1.15 definitions agree on status 0/Not Set and route /Transaction/Booking. Not Set is not automatically Error, regardless of description. The calling workflow must explicitly decide whether the absent code blocks, defaults, warns or continues.

Additional Technical Info

I1810 is the script-visible String constant '1810' for Booking Code Not Specified. It identifies absence of the Booking business code; it does not inspect a dataset, decide blank/null policy, or create an issue.

Native/import source supplies digit text although the generated display omits quotes. The example was source-reviewed and not run against VxData.

Non-effects and issue lifecycle

I1810 does not trim/default/validate a code, find or create a record, log, insert DIssue, change status, or navigate. The local Scriptlet CreateIssue logs without querying severity; InvoiceIssue uses live severity and deferred persistence. Neither behavior comes from the constant.
